This is a useful operational screw cutting lathe with a new single phase 1/4HP motor. It has a 4, 3 jaw self centring chuck, a tailstock Jacobs type chuck and revolving and dead centres and a range of change wheels and lathe tools. The machine has been the subject of recovery from a rather neglected condition and would benefit from some mostly cosmetic further improvement. Technically it is sound, however, note that the clutch assembly is non functioning and requires repair or replacement. Use of the machine is not inhibited by this. (Most Myford `ML lathes are not equipped with a clutch). The machine is a two man lift. Access is easy but, sorry, no lifting assistance is available. The item “Myford super 7 lathe.
