It is as found and in really good used condition. I do not believe it has been used too much. My guess is it has seen limited use , with no abuse and has been stored away for many years. It is 7” long. It weighs just under 5 pounds. The arbor spins freely. There is no sloppiness to it. It comes with the wood box it was stored in. It may be original box but it is not marked as such.
