Great little lathe similar to Logans, Atlas, etc. This is a small metalworking lathe with 4 tool tool post originally manufactured in what looks to be Japan. I cannot find out much about it. It has original motor and I also have original belt drive along with full set of change gears for different feed settings or possibly thread cutting. Does not have a thread cutting dial. Comes with a faceplate and 3 jaw Chuck and steadyrest. The 3 jaw is 3 3/8 dia. The faceplate is 7 in diameter. The swing over bed is 8. The swing over carriage is 5. Spindle has a 1 3/8-10 thread and has collet drawbar and 5 collets marked 4r. DOES NOT come with the bench. Unit looks to be in good working order but I do not have a motor to hook it up and I can’t get the original one to run because I’m not smart enough with the electrics. The unit when plugged in does hum and I’m sure it would run but not on the correct voltage or needs a motor starting capacitor. There is one tooth that looks to have been repaired on the spindle. It does have a small amount of tension when spinning over that tooth. It looks like a little bit more polished off will remedy this. The overall length is 44″ by16 or 17″” by 17″ high. I dont even have a way to weigh it. But i will have all items strapped to a pallet and located at a commercial address for your convenience to hire and choose the company of your choice. I anticipate 120 + lbs. I have changed this price according to my desire to sell a few times. The price is NOT going lower.
