Before I got this one set up and running, I bought a bigger lathe and so no longer need this one. The lathe is complete except for the spring on the threading dial. There is no motor included. It is ready for final oiling and adjustment. It has been cleaned and everything is working smoothly. The lathe bed is smooth. Paint is original and the decal is pretty good. The tag is in place. The back gear works smoothly and the plunger is there with the spring, bearing and screw. The threading dial works but is missing the spring so it is put in place manually. It has the original lantern tool holder with one good bit. Included is the original three jaw chuck with one set of jaws. The power feed works, as does the half nut engagement. The handle on the carriage has one side missing but still functions. Also included are a number of centers, one arbor with a 33jt end for a chuck, and two arbors with machinable ends and a belt. Sears recommended a 1/3 or 1/2 hp motor, 1725 rpm with a three step pulley. These motors are quite common. This is one of the nicest lathes of this model I have seen.
