A Set of 3 Integrated 0XA Tool Holders for use with DCGT-21.5x, DCMT-21.5x or DCGT-21.5x Carbide Inserts. 0XSDJCR – Right Handed Tool. The cutting edge of this tool holder is on the left side when viewed from above. Used for right to left turning, meaning that material is removed as the cutting edge moves towards the lathe chuck. This tool orientation is the most common for turning operations. Used for reducing the diameter of a workpiece and for facing the right end of the workpiece. Approach Angle 93°, (Front Angle 87°, Back Angle 32°). Shank Length 1.1″ (27.5mm), Shank Dimension 0.67″ (17mm h) x 0.5 (12.7mm w). 0XSDNCN – Neutral Tool. The cutting edge of this tool holder is centered on the tool holder shank when viewed from above. Used for left to right as well as right to left turning. Limited usefulness for facing, i. Approach Angle 93°, (Front Angle 148°, Back Angle 93°). For use with 0XA series mini tool posts only. Will not fit AXA or BXA Tool Posts. Interchangeable with Dorian, Aloris, Yuasa & Phase II.
