2005 EMAG VSC 250 vertical lathe with a Siemens Sinumerik 840D computer. Included are two disks with PLC data, as well as a Siemens CD for PC. The Mayfran chip conveyor has a coolant pump with two filters. The automated gantry features a Schunk gripper, and includes all sensors. The parts shuttle includes two pallets, one for raw parts and one for finished. The side door covers are also included in case you don’t want or need the shuttle. A mist collection stub out is included, but please note that a collector is not included. The unit is wired 440V three phase, and includes two spare Siemens power modules. The rear two panels have been replaced with Lexan to monitor fluid and pressure levels. Electrical schematic included, as well as a manual. Two tools in the tool changer (shown) are also included.
