Up for sale is a great condition 8mm Marshal Peerless watchmakers lathe with a bunch of accessories to get you started. The lathe comes mounted on a stand with a replacement motor (non-original) with rear switch that works with any 120v AC power. The head stock, tail stock, and bed are all matching serial numbers so you know it will be as accurate as possible, no mix and match parts. It also includes the pin for quick dividing with the head stock spindle. The tail stock tools include the original spindle that has a taper for use with included male and female dead centers, and another previously custom made spindle with mini chuck for use with small drill bits. That chuck has two, reversible collets for 4 size options. Further included with the lathe is a compound cross slide with quick adjust tool post, face plate, flip-out t-rest, as well as a bunch of collets, bits, and chucks. Also included is a rotary tool attachment that slots into the motor opposite the pulley to give even more capabilities. This was custom made by me on a CNC mill and can be used for quick setups. More precise alignment should always be checked with a dial indicator. Attached is a custom quick adjust tool post I made for use with 3/16 lathe bits. Included are two cobalt lathe bits that have been pre-ground and honed to a few standard shapes. The face plate is by the American Watch Tool Co. And uses the same 8mm collet to attached to the headstock spindle.
