Replaced the cast with brass. 1/2HP peerless motor 1750 RPM. 2 Lantern style tool post. 5 inch buck chuck. 4 inch Chinese chuck. Quick change tool post. And I bed mic. Completely restored, sealed bearings were installed in all the hard-to-reach places. All of the original cast on steel parts we’re bored out and oilite bushings installed. The gear box was rebuilt with new bushing and rod. It was cleaned and primed with an epoxy automotive primer and top coated and industrial urethane The coating is MEK resistant and was designed for the heavy machinery market. The color is original.
