Antique 4 Step 10″ Headstock Belt Pulley Machinists Tool W/ 3″ Chuck 3 Jaw. Measures 5 to center of spindle. 3 1/2″ ” V ways center to center. Pulley steps are approximately 1 1/4 wide. Everything moves and I removed shaft to show copper bearing condition being smooth. Solid, needing some work to body finish. The arbor wheel assembly moves between the copper bearing housing, so some sort of washer is missing that would prevent wheel from hitting bearing sleeve enclosures. All other hardware actuated. The universal 3 jaw does not open and close smoothly, so it will need some lubrication and cleaning. I found this in an outdoor garage, so there is rust and associated wear from storage. I did not find any mfg’s markings or part number. Headstock spins freely needing some TLC. Please see pictures for complete detail of overall quality, features, dimensional reference, and notes mentioned above.
