Clausing 12″ x 36″ Lathe With Tooling. Nice working example of a 5914 Clausing. This has been my main gunsmithing lathe for about 10 years. Everything on it works: all quick change gears, high-low, clutches, back gear, and the hydraulic variable speed. All feeds and all speeds work. Since I have owned this machine I have replaced with new factory parts: cross slide Acme nut, way wipers and followers, main change gear. I have added a brand new Royal collet closer. The spindle is LOO or L-00. These are excellent gunsmithing lathes because there is only about 18 through the headstock, and less with toolong removed. Of course it’s perfect for all kinds of general shop work. Heavy Cats Paw with L-00 Taper. Outboard four screw chuck. 7-1/2 Buck Chuck 3-jaw w/ key. 8 3 jaw chuck burnerd? Very Expensive Royal 5c adapter like new. 1x manual 5c drawbar. Collet closer w/ spare parts. New back gear release pin (satin chrome). Leveling jacks are complete (4x). Riser feet (4x). Lots of extra gears. Spare (worn) slide gear shaft. Spare (cond unknown) change gear banjo. Good working threading dial. Roller bearing steady rest! Assorted other bits and spares. 6 L-00 dog drive plate. 4 L-00 dog drive plate. Clausing Flame Hardened Ways. The ways are in good enough shape. I can land on one thou all day long with this machine. Machine will be strapped and bolted to skid and tooling crated. I can deliver within 150 miles if you have a forklift for unloading one dollar per mile one way, 100 minimum. Happy to answer questions. I just wanted to add that the Cats Paw was made on this machine, as was the 4-screw outboard chuck.
