This was part of another company we bought, so incomplete history, It runs and we use it, has collets and 3 jaw chuck. It is a variable speed by turning the handle on top, no gear changes needed. It wander back from the speed setting you select unless, you hold/ clamp the handle in the desired place. Power feed does not turn, no clue why, has a few tool pots and lost of tooling.
