This is a Hardinge Conquest 42. It has Live tooling in 1 degree increments. It has a tool presetter, High pressure coolant and Flood coolant. Comes with a 6 in chuck on the machine. We mainly used the collet chuck and it is 16C size. Comes with one Radial Tapper and axial tapper. Two axial mills and two radial mills. I have a video of it running making parts just before we removed it from service. Has High Pressure Coolant, Tool Presetter, Live Tooling in 1 degree increments, upload by RS232 we used usb convert box and it worked great. There is no tail stock. Has a parts catcher with small parts conveyor. The Axis servo board has been replace in the last 8 months other than that then machine has run great. Comes with all manuals and tools pictured. Machine is very clean and well taken care of. Machine is removed from service but we can power it up if you would like to come see it. I have two video’s of it running and work. They were taken just before removing it from service on 9-3-16. We can’t load the machine but can have a forklift come out for 500.00 and load it. Item is for sale locally and may end at anytime.
