The machine is under power for your inspection. This machine holds close tolerances all day long. I do not index the turret because it needs repair. I use 1 station to do facing or boring operations. To repair the turret, new taper pins are needed when it is re-aligned. Yaskawa controls normally have (x-) in program to turn a diameter. I had the control changed so that (x+) is used (similar programing to Fanuc control). I have several of these machines so I never had the turret repaired. The machine only runs 1 shift and it is rarely used. I take very good care of all of my machines and they are always on a maintenance schedule. The machine has a RS232 port for communicating with your computer and also has a tape reader. 1982 MORI SEIKI SL-1 CNC Lathe, Control: Yasnac 2000GII. 220 Volts, 3 phase. 8 station turret, Spindle speed: 4,000 rpm.
