3 1/2″ X 3 1/2″. The T base is approximately 1.52″ total width with inner width at 1.14″ & 5/16 thickness. Looks like NOS to me as I see no real signs of use. I did apply a small amount of grease to the ball bearing as they were bare. Please review all photos to determine condition and identification.
