Atlas craftsman metal lathe taper attachment. Fits lathes with the 3/8 thick bed. Came with a lot of 12″ lathe accessories so should fit that model and maybe the 10″ model. This is the rare model 700 which is built heavier than the model 760 which is the common one often seen. Supposedly it was marketed as the toolroom version instead of the common one which is for home shops. 10- 705a casting no. Apx 2 centerline for mounting holes on bracket. Apx 1/2 hole on sliding bar mount. Used, but everything is in good working order. Complete except for one of the two pins and the two mounting bolts. The one bracket has some casting defects as pictured that should not affect use as the part feels strong. I stripped the casting down to bare metal to make sure it was not a weld or braze repair and it looks to be a casting defect and not any sort of fix. Pictured so that you can make your own opinion.
