Unimat SL lathe with CNC conversion. I’ve spent a lot of time converting this lathe. There are too may accessories to list. If you have specific questions please ask and refer to the photos. It is currently wired with just two axes. The aftermarket servo spindle motor is mounted on the lathe but not wired into the the driver nor is the driver mounted in the control box. I just never got around to mounting the driver in the control box and wiring it up. I did test wire it however and it does work. I cannot offer any help on wiring the servo driver. I used resources I found on the Internet to do so. The original motor is included and works fine. You could either remount the original motor and use it as is or you could mount the servo driver in the control box and use that. I won’t go into detail on how it works. If you’re in the market for this you’re a tinkerer and will figure it out as I did. I custom cut the control box on my laser and mounted and wired all the parts myself. It is made to be controlled with Mach 4 and you’ll need a license for that. I’m not including mine. It’s only the hardware you see in the pictures that is included. No permanent modifications to the lathe have been made. Everything is bolt on/bolt off. You could easily reconfigure it to its original manual configuration if you wanted to. It has a quick change toolpost currently mounted however the original toolpost is included as well. In addition there are 5 Shars toolholders included that are still new and in the box along with inserts. Also comes with the optional power feed made by Unimat. The yellow and black parts carrying box you see is not included. I will take the contents of that box and put them in the original wooden box.
